Welcome to Inner Trust, here we bridge the gap between statutory mental health services and the growing demand for support for mental health, wellbeing and resilience, particularly among children, young persons and adults. During our three years we have helped individuals suffering from a wide range of mental health issues including, Anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement loss, eating disorders, self harm and anger amongst other social, emotional and mental health issues. We are extremely passionate about helping all individuals. Here at Inner Trust we understand the importance of giving a voice to our more vulnerable members of society. Additionally, we work with people with additional support needs including learning and physical difficulties and provide services to groups who are unable to afford private provision. As a social enterprise, the majority of our profits will be reinvested for our community purpose.
We understand that every person is unique and has their own needs. We are committed to finding new and creative ways to help people through a range of therapies and projects.
Inner Trust Counselling
Inner Trust will work with schools, youth groups and other vulnerable persons to offer 1-1 counselling and support services which use non-traditional and innovative therapies, such as music, creative and performing arts; we aim to provide a welcoming environment and ‘safe space’ and so reach out to groups who may be deterred from, or difficult to reach, for traditional statutory or privately provided services.
Our aim at Inner Trust is to bring instant gratification to clients through letting them be creative in a person-centred environment. Here at Inner Trust, our aim is to meet the needs of our service users. We do this by evolving the service we offer and responding to feedback.
